The Institute for Art & Culture (IAC), Lahore, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Incharge to join our Administration Department.
📍 Location: Raiwind Road, Lahore
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ERP system operations for the Supply Chain Department, focusing on procurement and store modules.
Ensure accurate ERP data management, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system usability.
Collaborate with the ERP Manager for system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
Compile procurement cases for the Purchase Committee and facilitate related meetings.
Provide ERP user training and technical support.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in ERP system operations, preferably in academic or administrative settings.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Urdu and English.
