HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Factory Store In-Charge 

Tiyaaz Industries Pvt Ltd is looking for a disciplined and experienced Store In-Charge to manage our factory store and inventory operations in the Rawat Industrial Area, Rawalpindi.

We are a manufacturing unit, and are looking for a candidate that must be capable of handling high-volume raw materials, factory consumables, and finished stationery products with absolute precision.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Control: Oversee the complete lifecycle of factory raw materials and finished stationery goods (highlighters, markers, etc.).

2. Record Keeping: Maintain 100% accurate manual registers and system-based records (Excel).

3. Stock Verification: Conduct daily physical stock counts and reconcile balances with the Accounts Department.

4. FIFO Implementation: Strictly enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO) protocols for all production materials.

5. Material Handling: Supervise the loading/unloading of vehicles and verify all quantities against invoices and delivery challans.

6. Factory Compliance: Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safety standards within the factory store area.

7. Documentation: Manage Gate Passes, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and issuance slips for production.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: Minimum Graduate (B.Com/BBA preferred).

- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Factory/Store management (Stationery field is a plus).

- Location/Commute: Must be located near Rawat or have a personal Bike/Car for a reliable daily commute.

Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
