Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources with 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

The purpose of this position is to support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles across the organization. The role assists candidates throughout the interview process, maintains and updates candidate databases, and ensures the smooth administration of recruitment activities in alignment with the supervisor’s direction. Additionally, the position contributes to attracting and acquiring top talent with the objective of building a strong and capable workforce aligned with the company’s goals, within the defined policies, procedures, SOPs, and guidelines.
