Job Title: SQA Analyst

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Karachi & Islamabad(on-site), other cities will be remote

Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM / 11 AM – 8 PM

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Analyst with 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, a passion for quality assurance, and the ability to work collaboratively within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create comprehensive test artifacts including Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Reports, and Traceability Matrices.

Execute manual testing such as functional, regression, smoke, sanity, usability, and black-box testing.

Perform API testing using Postman and Swagger.

Conduct cross-browser, responsive design, mobile, database, and load testing (using JMeter).

Analyze business requirements and provide constructive feedback for improvements.

Apply in-depth knowledge of STLC, Agile methodologies, Bug Life Cycle, QA standards, and best practices.

Mentor and coach junior QA team members with a positive and professional approach.

Use tools like Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence for test management and collaboration.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Proactively address client queries and adapt to client time zones when required.

Take ownership of additional QA responsibilities across multiple projects.

Apply basic-level automation testing using tools such as Cypress or Playwright for API and web testing.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

-4+ years of professional experience in manual testing with exposure to basic automation.

-Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

-Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and Agile teams.

-Highly proactive, adaptable, client-focused, and detail-oriented.

-Compassionate, team-oriented, and non-judgmental approach in all interactions.
