Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to strengthen our digital presence and grow our online community. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, SEO, and digital marketing strategies tailored to the power and engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Iman Group’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

Create and schedule engaging content highlighting our products, services, and success stories.

Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.

Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns.

Design and monitor paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).

Track and analyze digital performance metrics (website traffic, engagement, conversions).

Collaborate with the sales and service teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital or social media marketing (preferably in a technical or industrial sector).

Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, PPC campaigns, and email marketing tools.

Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Performance Indicators:

Growth in organic traffic and social media followers.

Increase in lead generation and website conversions.

Improved engagement rates across digital platforms.
