SEO Strategist

Nanosoft Technologies is looking for a SEO Strategist for its karachi office.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies with a strong focus on AEO (LLMs, featured snippets, People Also Ask, rich results) and GEO (location-based search intent, GMB optimization, geo-schema)

* Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive audits, and gap analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GSC

* Optimize content for AI-driven search engines (ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, Google SGE) and stay ahead of algorithm shifts

* Collaborate with content and dev teams to implement technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, canonicalization, crawl budget control, and site health

* Monitor and report on organic traffic, rankings, crawl/index status, AEO visibility, and local search performance

* Build and maintain location pages, optimize GMB listings, and support multi-region SEO strategies

* Analyze and improve performance in LLMS, rich snippet placements, and site appearance in AI chat results

* Run experiments and pilot initiatives that push boundaries of traditional SEO into future-forward visibility

Requirements

* 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)

* Strong knowledge of AEO, schema markup, structured data, and semantic search

* Experience with GEO-targeted SEO, multi-location optimization, and tools like BrightLocal or Whitespark

* Proficiency in GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

* Understanding of how LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) interpret and surface content

* Ability to collaborate with writers, developers, and paid search teams

Comfortable with analytics, reporting, and experimentation

 

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven SEO Strategist who can lead the charge in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and GEO. As part of our performance marketing team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how our digital assets rank — not just in traditional search engines, but in AI-powered search, and hyperlocal environments.

You’ll work closely with content creators, developers, and paid media teams to build scalable, intelligent SEO systems that position our brand ahead of the curve.
