Urgently required “Senior Technical Manager/ Technical Director”

 Location: Islamabad 

 Experience: At least 10+ Years 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Provide leadership and direction across all technical domains, including RAN, Core Network, Transmission, Cloud Infrastructure, and RF Networks.

•    Manage large-scale technical projects, network mergers, and transformation strategies, covering 2G/3G/4G/5G evolution, virtualization, and cloud platform deployments.

•    Ensure end-to-end (E2E) delivery of technical projects, including network planning, deployment, integrations, and acceptance.

•    Collaborate with senior leadership, customers, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives and market demands.

•    Align with Product, Solutions, and Marketing teams to ensure product offerings meet customer requirements and market trends.

•    Support pre-sales teams during bidding processes and proposal development, including review of complex network HLDs (High-Level Designs) and LLDs (Low-Level Designs).

•    Ensure network security, resilience, scalability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

•    Oversee deployment and optimization activities within customer networks, ensuring successful and efficient rollouts.

•    Represent the technical organization in management interactions, meetings, and reporting at both regional and HQ levels.

•    Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

•    Supervise and monitor team performance to ensure delivery excellence.

Job Specification 

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecom, Electrical, Computer, or a related field.

•    Minimum 10+ years of experience in telecom network management/ technical leadership roles.

•    Good in 4G/5G technologies, IMS, VoLTE, IP/MPLS, SDN/NFV, and Cloud-native architectures.

•    Proven experience in managing large technical teams and multi-vendor ecosystems.

•    Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

•    Experience in project delivery, network transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.

•    Ability to handle multiple high-impact projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
