𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: "Senior / Manager - Internal Audit"

Location: Near Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager / Sr. Manager – Internal Audit to lead and strengthen our internal audit function. The role involves conducting operational and financial audits, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving process improvements across multiple textile manufacturing units.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Plan, execute, and report on operational and financial audits across business units and departments.

- Assess internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend effective risk mitigation measures.

- Review cost controls, inventory management, production efficiency, and compliance within textile operations.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards.

- Develop and implement audit methodologies and annual audit plans aligned with organizational objectives.

- Coordinate with management to monitor corrective actions and follow-ups on audit findings.

- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present key insights to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.

 

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

- Qualified ACCA / CMA or partially qualified CA.

- 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in textile or manufacturing industry.

- Proven experience in conducting financial and operational audits in multi-unit setups.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

- Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
