We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Freelance Bidding & Proposal Expert to join our remote business development team.

The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer, across web development, app development, and design domains.

Your main goal will be to find new opportunities, write high-converting proposals, and close deals to help grow our company’s international client base.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer

✅ Write custom, persuasive proposals (no copy-paste)

✅ Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs

✅ Maintain follow-ups and build long-term client relationships

✅ Collaborate with the technical team on project estimation and planning

✅ Track daily bidding activity and conversions

✅ Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies

🔹 Requirements:

🎯 2–3+ years of proven experience in freelance bidding or business development

💬 Excellent English writing & communication skills

💻 Strong understanding of web, app, and design projects

🧠 Knowledge of IT services (Laravel, Flutter, React, WordPress, etc.)

🕐 Ability to work independently during the night shift

🔥 Passionate about targets, growth & client success

💼 Job Details:

📍 Position: Full-Time (Remote)

🕐 Timing: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

💰 Salary: 100,000+ PKR / month (based on experience)

💸 Commission (based on closed deals)
