Job Summary:
The Senior Digital Media Planner will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing multi-channel digital media strategies across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. This role demands strong analytical skills, platform expertise and the ability to translate brand objectives into effective digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop full-funnel media strategies aligned with client objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion).
Build comprehensive digital media plans including platform mix, targeting, KPIs, and budget allocation.
Recommend channel strategies and innovative media solutions to enhance performance.
Campaign Execution
Oversee setup, execution and optimization of campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and YouTube.
Ensure all campaigns are aligned with creative strategy, audience targeting, and media objectives.
Coordinate with creative and client servicing teams for timely delivery of assets and approvals.
Performance Optimization
Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and apply data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
Manage pacing, bids, and budgets to meet KPIs.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis
Develop weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
Present campaign learnings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaboration
Work closely with the strategy, creative and performance teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
Stay updated on digital media trends, new tools, and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying (agency experience preferred).
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and YouTube.
Strong understanding of media metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPL, CPA).
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in programmatic buying and Google Display & Video 360 (DV360).
Familiarity with social listening tools, pixel management and conversion tracking.
Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.
