Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift)

We are a fast-growing construction estimation company serving the US market, seeking a Senior Civil Estimator to join our Lahore-based team. Key Responsibilities

* Review civil, structural, and architectural drawings and bid documents

* Perform detailed quantity take-offs for concrete, steel, and finishes using digital estimating tools

* Prepare comprehensive cost estimates covering labor, materials, and equipment

* Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements, deadlines, and project goals

* Ensure accuracy and completeness of bid proposals and final submissions

* Manage multiple estimation projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

* 3–5 years of professional experience in civil estimation (US market experience preferred)

* Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or other estimation software

* Strong knowledge of CSI divisions, construction materials, and estimation methodologies

* Ability to interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings accurately

* Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills

Preferred: Experience with RSMeans or CostWorks, familiarity with US construction codes, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
