Job Opportunity – Security Head (Factory)

We are looking for a Security Head for our factory, preferably a retired Subedar or Naib Subedar from the Armed Forces, to lead and manage overall security operations.

📍 Location: A.I. Textiles

4.5 Km Khurianwala Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad

Responsibilities:

Supervise all security staff and monitor factory premises.

Control entry/exit of persons, materials, and vehicles.

Maintain discipline, vigilance, and safety at all gates.

Ensure security of property, assets, and personnel.

Coordinate with administration and law enforcement when required.

Skills Required:

Qualification/ Experience: Retired Subedar / Naib Subedar (Army preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or factory security management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage security operations effectively

Familiar with CCTV, gate pass, and visitor management systems

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
