We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our team โ€” someone passionate about healthcare, business development, and achieving growth targets.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

1. Generate new client leads across all AstraMedic projectsย 

2. Conduct on-ground marketing: meet hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals for partnership opportunities.

3. Build and maintain B2B and B2C relationships.

4. Attend corporate meetings, represent AstraMedic Solutions, and pitch our services effectively.

5. Identify potential leads from social media, WhatsApp inquiries, website forms, and referral networks.

6. Conduct initial consultations (via call, WhatsApp, or meeting) to explain services (licensing, home care, equipment, etc.).

7. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and follow up until the deal is closed.

8. Follow up with potential clients and close sales through professional communication.

9. Coordinate with the internal marketing and CSR teams to convert leads into confirmed clients.

10. Prepare weekly sales reports and update progress regularly.

Identify new market trends and suggest strategies for growth.

Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree (Preferred: Business, Healthcare, or Marketing background)

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales (onlie/on-site), business development, or healthcare marketingย 

Age: 24-30 Y

Communication: Strong command over English & Urdu (verbal + written)

Personality: Presentable, confident, and client-oriented

Other Requirements:

Must have own bike or conveyance for hospital/clinic visits

Basic understanding of healthcare industry preferred

Punctual, disciplined, and result-driven
