Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our domestic sales operations by managing communication between clients and internal departments, preparing documentation, and ensuring efficient sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients and the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and invoices.

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending payments.

Assist in maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.

Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve client concerns promptly.

Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
