Education: Masterβs preferably in Sales & Marketing
Experience: 3 to 7 Years of relevant experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC).

The incumbent will be responsible for site commissioning targets while preparing progress reports for management. Active participation in network planning, monitoring of pipeline projects, and conducting site feasibility visits to validate trade area and traffic counts. Close coordination with Engineering, Finance, and Legal departments, as well as regulatory bodies such as OGRA, NHA, and other civic agencies, is essential for timely approvals and issue resolution. Evaluating new leads, preparing feasibility reports and agreements, managing contracts and records, and ensuring timely processing of rentals and payments. Prepare capital budgets, support financial viability through dealer-financed sites, facilitate dealer interviews and negotiations, and ensure timely availability of equipment and signage for successful site commissioning. responsible for achieving sales targets by allocating fuel volumes to sites, improving underperforming outlets, and devising strategies with Regional Teams and dealers. Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and conducting market surveys. Ensure compliance with quality standards, supervises retail outlet development with Engineering, and trains forecourt staff on customer service and safety. Key duties also include organizing promotional activities, ensuring timely financial recoveries and reconciliations, and maintaining strict adherence to company policies and SOPs.
