Location: Sialkot, Pakistan (Sialkot based Candidates Will be preferred)

⭐ Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage R&D projects from concept to implementation.
Develop and improve textile products, materials, and processes to meet market trends.
Collaborate with production, merchandising, and quality departments for product feasibility.
Drive innovation through advanced textile techniques and sustainable practices.
Ensure continuous improvement and cost-effective solutions in product development.
Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
🌟 Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
10–12 years of proven experience in R&D within the textile or apparel industry.
Strong knowledge of product development, fabric technology, and process optimization.
Hands-on experience in introducing innovative textile products and improving production methods.
⭐ Skills Required:
Excellent technical knowledge of textile production processes.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
