Working Hours: Summer: 6 PM–3 AM | Winter: 7 PM–4 AM

💼 Experience: 3–5 years in US MEP Estimating

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

About the Role:

EHM Technology Services is looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer (MEP) to independently review mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection estimates before client submission.

This is an internal technical quality assurance role with no direct client contact. You will work closely with estimators and the Proposal Manager to verify quantities, scope coverage, labor units, pricing, and estimate accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Review MEP takeoffs against US construction drawings, specifications, and addenda.Verify quantities, scope coverage, labor units, material pricing, formulas, and totals.

Identify missing items, discrepancies, and estimating errors.

Maintain QA checklists, document findings, and verify corrections.

Ensure estimates meet quality standards and bid deadlines.

Requirements3–5 years of hands-on experience in US MEP estimating.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection drawings.

Knowledge of US codes and standards, including NEC, NFPA, IMC, and IPC.Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar takeoff software, along with advanced Excel.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear written English.
