AI GTM Engineer

Oxiliry is Hiring: 𝐀𝐈 𝐆𝐓𝐌 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 (𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞)

We’re looking for a hands-on AI GTM Engineer to support ReBiz’s AI-first go-to-market team, building AI agents and automating workflows across marketing, sales, customer success, product, and operations.

📍 Location: Remote – Pakistan and other international markets

🕓 Working Hours: U.S. Eastern Time business hours

🌎 Market: Monitoring and analytics for multi-unit retailers

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

You will turn manual processes into reliable AI workflows that improve lead response, grow qualified pipeline, and reduce manual effort. This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Marketing and works directly with ReBiz executives.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Automate inbound lead routing, scoring, qualification, and follow-ups

• Build agents for account research, personalized outreach, and sales sequencing

• Develop account enrichment, ABM, content, and SEO workflows

• Analyze customer calls and CRM activity for buying signals and pipeline risks

• Surface account health, renewal risks, and customer feedback

• Build custom MCP servers and API integrations with HubSpot, Google Workspace, and internal systems

• Maintain GTM data warehouses and data accuracy

• Implement AI evaluations, human review, logging, and rollback processes

• Coach teams on AI adoption and measure performance and hours saved

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Computer Science degree or equivalent software engineering background

• 2+ years of AI experience building with LLMs

• 1+ year deploying and testing agentic workflows used in daily work

• Production coding experience in Python or TypeScript, plus SQL

• Strong knowledge of Claude, Claude Code, skills, subagents, and tool use

• Experience building custom MCP servers and third-party API integrations

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Google BigQuery

• Experience with model-agnostic systems and AI evaluations

• Understanding of GTM functions, CRM systems, sales funnels, and pipeline management

• Excellent English communication skills

• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Please note: Experience with HubSpot, n8n, Make, Zapier, enrichment tools, RevOps, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
