🚀 We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator (Executive Assistant to CEO)
📍 Onsite | 🕒 Full-Time
Location: johar town, Lahore
ArhamSoft (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant to CEO.
This role is ideal for someone who can:
✔ Coordinate multiple ongoing projects
✔ Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication
✔ Track timelines, deliverables, and performance updates
✔ Prepare reports and presentations
✔ Work closely with the CEO on strategic and operational initiatives
✔ Manage schedules, meetings, and executive follow-ups
🔎 Requirements:
3-4+ years of relevant experience (Project Coordination / Executive Assistance to CEO)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
