International textile Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd is excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Production Manager – (Home Textile)
Job Title: Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute the production of light to heavy workwear home textiles from sampling to bulk production.
Plan, organize, and manage all stages of manufacturing to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
Build, manage, and supervise Production teams, including recruitment and training of workforce.
Optimize production efficiency to achieve quality, cost, and lead-time objectives.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction, industrial sewing techniques, and Production processes.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in Quilting Production.
Degree or diploma in Textile/Clothing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
📍 Location: International Textile Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. 3.5 km Sheikhupura Road, Khurrianwala, Faisalabad
