⏰ Timings: 7 PM – 4 AM (Full-time, On-site, Night Shift)

We’re looking for a super-organised, detail-driven Personal Assistant cum HR to support our leadership team and manage HR functions during night operations.
🔑 Your Role Will Include:
✔️ Managing admin & HR tasks
✔️ Overseeing recruitment, onboarding & basic HR operations
✔️ Keeping track of accounts, subscriptions & deadlines
✔️ Maintaining records, files & digital documentation
✔️ Handling basic calculations & reconciliation in Excel
✔️ Following up with teams to ensure timely completion
✔️ Managing confidential information with integrity
💡 You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
✔️ Minimum Graduation
✔️ Proven experience as an Assistant / HR Executive
✔️ Strong command of Microsoft Excel
✔️ Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
✔️ Time management, multitasking & accountability skills
