📢 We’re Hiring – PDS Pattern Designer (Knitwear)

At Masood Textile Mills Limited, we believe every stitch tells a story. As one of the leading names in knitwear manufacturing, we’re looking for a skilled PDS Pattern Designer to bring precision, creativity, and technical expertise to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage patterns in the PDS system for knitwear categories.
-Execute accurate grading across multiple sizes.
-Apply measurement standards to ensure consistent fit and shape.
-Align patterns with style, fabric behavior, and knitwear construction.
-Work closely with product development and sampling teams to finalize designs.
-Maintain an updated digital record of patterns in PDS.

Qualifications and Experience:
-Diploma/Degree in Pattern Making.
-Hands-on experience with PDS / CAD pattern design software.
-Strong knowledge of grading rules, knitwear fits, and measurement specs.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant knitwear pattern-making experience.
-A detail-oriented mindset with strong technical and analytical skills.
