🎯 Arpatech (Pvt) Ltd is Hiring for Operations Coordinator x 2 positions 🎯
📌 Job Responsibilities:
1. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
4. Working on user management, stock traceability, licensing, invoicing, and credit cancellation cases.
5. Manage any change/issues related to credit claims or any other issues related to customers/clients.
6. System Usability Training for internal stakeholders.
📌 Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree with around 2 years of experience as an operations coordinator.
2. An expert in delivering an excellent customer experience.
3. Must be impeccably organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
4. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
