Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant

Location: Islamabad G10 Markaz (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with a strong accounting background to lead our implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with Odoo's accounting and financial modules.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Odoo ERP systems for clients, focusing on accounting and financial modules

Analyze business requirements and develop solutions using Odoo's functionality

Lead workshops and training sessions for clients on Odoo's accounting and financial modules

Collaborate with developers to customize Odoo solutions as needed

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Odoo implementations

Develop and maintain documentation for Odoo configurations and customizations

 

Requirements:

3 years of work experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant

Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, HR, and Manufacturing

Experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, and customization

Solid knowledge of business processes (finance, operations, supply chain, etc.)

Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment

Nice to Have:

Odoo certification (e.g., Odoo Certified Associate)

Experience with other ERP systems or accounting software

Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, XML)
