We’re Hiring – Network & System Support Engineer
We are seeking competent and motivated individual to join our IT&S Department as Network & System Support Engineer. The ideal candidate should be fresh graduates or have 1–2 years of relevant experience in network and system support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for network and system-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems
- Monitor network performance and ensure system uptime
- Assist in implementation of IT policies, security protocols, and backups
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Sound knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
