Fatima Memorial Hospital (FMH), Shadman, Lahore is looking for dynamic, dedicated, and result-oriented HR professionals to join our Human Resources team.We are seeking individuals who can effectively manage HR operations, support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive, compliant, and employee-centric workplace.
Healthcare / Tertiary Care Hospital experience will be preferred.
Available Position:
Assistant Manager - HR
Experience 2–3 years Master’s in HRM
HR Officer
Experience 1–2 years Bachelor’s in HRM (Master’s preferred)
🔹 Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable requirements
Contribute to a positive and employee-centric work environment
