Location: Gulberg III, Lahore
Onsite (Monday to Friday)
1️⃣ Customer Support Executive - RD Pay
Handling customer queries via chat, email, and calls while ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by understanding customer concerns, providing accurate product information, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
2️⃣ VoIP Engineer L1 (3CX)
Experience: 2–3 years
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VoIP systems for clients.
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
3️⃣ Full Stack Engineer
Experience: 2–4 years
Hands-on experience with Node.js, Vue.js, and MySQL
Strong understanding of backend APIs and frontend development
