Poly Pack (Pvt) Ltd is expanding their HR team and hiring for the following positions:
Assistant Manager HR
The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 3–4 years of experience in a manufacturing organization. The role is primarily focused on talent acquisition, organization development, Performance Management, employee engagement, and training coordination, along with effective stakeholder management across plant and corporate functions. The incumbent will support workforce planning, drive engagement initiatives, coordinate development programs, and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Executive - Compensation & Benefits
The candidate should have 2–4 years of relevant experience in payroll operations and benefits administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment. The role includes payroll coordination, attendance and overtime validation, benefits administration, final settlements, and maintaining accuracy and compliance in compensation processes.
