Education: Graduation
Experience: Minimum 6 Years for Manager
📍 Location: Landhi, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead the end-to-end product development process and ensure timely delivery of all programs.
🔹 Support and guide the team through daily development challenges.
🔹 Maintain updated development tools and ensure 24-hour turnaround on all communications.
🔹 Prepare precise specifications and ensure smooth sharing of all developments internally.
🔹 Proactively identify and manage risks in each development phase.
🔹 Coordinate timely documentation and lead transitions with the Execution team.
🔹 Ensure development approvals are obtained within a month post vendor confirmation.
🔹 Conduct outdoor activities and manage supplier coordination as per lead times.
🔹 Follow up with purchasing teams for accessory approvals and alignments.
