𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2–3 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within the retail industry.

• Strong sourcing and screening expertise

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

2. Training & OD Executive

Location: Head Office in Korangi-Industrial Area, Karachi.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀:

• Training coordination & delivery

• Employee orientation

• OD & engagement activities

• Employee recognition

• Reporting & database management (Disciplinary / PIP)

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Minimum Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred)

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel
