1️⃣ Cashier

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Qualification: 𝐁.𝐀 / 𝐁.𝐂𝐨𝐦

• Experience: 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝟐 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬

• Strong coordination, documentation, and MS Office skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a professional healthcare setup.

2️⃣ Front Desk Officer

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Welcome and assist patients and attendants with empathy, professionalism and care.

• Facilitate communication between patients, attendants, nursing and support staff for smooth service delivery.

• Address patient concerns and coordinate timely resolution in collaboration with relevant departments.

• Monitor patient areas for service quality, comfort and cleanliness standards.

• Ensure all administrative and hospitality-related procedures are handled efficiently.

• Support departmental operations and contribute to an excellent patient experience.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field).

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, front office, guest relations, or the service industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.

• Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
