We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to lead our retail operations in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day store management, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in line with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and improve sales KPIs, implementing corrective actions where needed. Ensure compliance with audit and operational guidelines, minimizing losses. Manage store inventory effectively (identify SMI, FMI) and maintain stock accuracy. Oversee visual merchandising to meet brand standards. Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals. Analyze sales data, prepare detailed performance reports, and identify growth opportunities. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

For Branch Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

For Assistant Branch Manager: Intermediate with good interpersonal skills 

3–5 years of experience in retail management and customer service. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proficiency in inventory management and sales tracking tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare and interpret reports. Experience in the kids apparel or fashion industry preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
