What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and implementing engaging paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Running A/B tests, refining targeting, and optimizing creatives for best results.
- Monitoring metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS and driving them higher!
- Staying ahead of Meta trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
What we’re looking for:
✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
✅ Strong audience targeting and pixel implementation skills.
✅ Proficiency with analytics tools like Meta Insights & Google Analytics.
✅ Creative and copywriting flair to make ads stand out.
