We’re Hiring: MEP Estimator – US Market 

 Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US hours)

We are seeking a skilled MEP Estimator with strong experience in the US construction market. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in estimating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, along with the ability to lead a team and provide training to junior estimators.

 Key Responsibilities

Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents for MEP scope

Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates using estimating software

Prepare and review accurate cost breakdowns for residential, commercial, and industrial projects

Collaborate with project managers, sales, and other teams to clarify scope and pricing details

Ensure estimates are completed within tight turnaround times

Lead, guide, and train junior estimators to build team capability

Stay updated on US MEP construction standards, codes, and pricing trends

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Experience: 2–5 years in MEP estimation for the US market (mandatory)

Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar takeoff software

Strong understanding of MEP systems, CSI divisions, and materials

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Skills:

✔ Experience with RSMeans or Cost databases

✔ Familiarity with US codes and standards

✔ Ability to manage and train a small estimation team
