We’re seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Medico-Legal File Preparation Associate to join our growing team. In this remote role, you’ll ensure the accurate and compliant preparation of medico-legal documentation, contributing to the quality and efficiency of our services.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

1. Review and verify medico-legal case files for accuracy and completeness

2. Communicate professionally via email and written correspondence

3. Collaborate with internal teams to clarify case details

4. Ensure compliance with quality and documentation standards

5. Conduct regular quality checks and implement feedback

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

- Excellent English writing and communication skills (essential)

- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field)

- Experience in medico-legal, legal, or healthcare administration (preferred)

- Self-motivated, organized, and professional in all interactions
