HR Posting Partner (HRPP) is hiring a Managing Director for its parent business.

This is a leadership opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to help build and scale a group of businesses from the ground up. The Managing Director will be responsible for driving both operational excellence and business growth across its parent business and its current and future companies.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Business Management

• Lead the day-to-day management of parent company and its subsidiary companies.

• Convert strategic goals into actionable plans and measurable results.

• Ensure smooth execution of operations across all business units.

• Support the CEO in achieving the company's long-term vision.

Growth & Revenue Development

• Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.

• Develop and execute sales, marketing, and growth initiatives.

• Build strategic partnerships and business opportunities.

• Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams.

Operations & Performance

• Establish efficient systems, processes, and performance standards.

• Monitor business performance and implement improvements where necessary.

• Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and scalability.

• Build a culture of accountability and execution.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, lead, and develop key team members and future leaders.

• Manage department heads and ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Create an environment focused on growth, innovation, and results.

Future Ventures

• Assist in launching and scaling new businesses under parent business.

• Build operational and growth frameworks for future ventures.

• Help transform ideas into sustainable and profitable businesses.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Agency.

• Experience in team management, business development, operations, or client relationship management.

• Strong understanding of recruitment operations and HR industry practices.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale businesses.

• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to take ownership and deliver measurable results.
