Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 & 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀

Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics to lead downstream supply chain operations, including warehousing, distribution, and last-mile logistics at warehouse, Korangi, Karachi. The role requires strong operational control, inventory management expertise, and the ability to optimize distribution efficiency while maintaining service excellence.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless movement of finished goods from warehouse to retail stores, distributors, and customers while maintaining cost control and operational efficiency.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- At least 3–5 years in a managerial role in supply chain & warehouse management

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

🔹 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

- Manage end-to-end downstream logistics operations

- Oversee distribution planning to retail outlets and regional warehouses

- Ensure on-time delivery and order fulfillment accuracy

- Monitor transportation performance and logistics KPIs

🔹 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

- Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock control

- Implement inventory management best practices (FIFO, FEFO where applicable)

- Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits

- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization

🔹 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 & 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

- Coordinate with merchandising, sales, and planning teams for demand forecasting

- Ensure proper replenishment and stock allocation

- Minimize stock-outs and overstock situations

🔹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

- Develop SOPs for warehouse and logistics operations

- Implement cost-saving initiatives in transportation and storage

- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards

- Manage warehouse staff performance and training

🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀

- Track and report KPIs such as inventory turnover, fill rate, order accuracy, and dispatch timelines

- Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
