This position is responsible for managing production operations at ILS U-2. The role involves conducting daily visits to the production floor to assess operational efficiency, reviewing production quality and machine-related issues from the previous day with the production in charge, and implementing the spin plan. The position ensures the maintenance of optimum product quality, the timely procurement of spare parts, and the delivery of necessary technical training to workers.
