๐นOversee and ensure smooth operation of ๐จ๐๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ (HVAC, Air Compressors, Thermal & Water Systems).
๐นEnsure ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ๐น๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ & ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐น of critical spares.
๐นApprove and streamline ๐ฝ๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ to avoid delays.
๐นDevelop and enforce ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฃ๐ for smooth departmental operations.
๐นImplement ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ & ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ to minimize downtime.
๐นLiaise with vendors for outsourced services and ensure machine & utility availability.
๐นGuide, mentor, and manage your team to deliver ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ธ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ.
๐นProvide ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฝ๐๐ ๐๐ผ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ for long-term efficiency.

๐น๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป: Mechanical maintenance & utilities operations.
