Adamjee Textile Mills, one of Pakistan’s most established and progressive textile organizations, is looking for a Manager – Legal & Taxation to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, managing legal affairs, and optimizing tax strategies to support our business growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee corporate legal matters, contracts, and compliance.

•Ensure adherence to local laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance.

•Manage taxation (direct & indirect), audits, and assessments.

•Provide legal advisory to management on business decisions.

🎯 Requirements & Qualification:

• CA (Finalist) / ICMA / ACCA with relevant certifications preferred.

•Minimum 6–8 years of experience in legal & taxation (preferably in the textile/manufacturing sector).

•Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and taxation laws.

•Excellent analytical, advisory, and negotiation skills.

💰 Salary: PKR 200,000 – 250,000
