Manager – Learning & Development

Ismail Industries Limited is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking professional to join our team as a Manager – Learning & Development at our Karachi Head Office.

This role will lead the organization’s learning strategy — driving employee capability, career growth, and leadership development through impactful programs and digital learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

 • Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals.

 • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across departments to identify capability gaps.

 • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for all employee levels.

 • Manage external training partners to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

 • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and promote digital learning.

 • Partner with HR and business leaders on succession planning and development frameworks.

 • Measure training effectiveness and ROI using data-driven insights.

 • Build a culture of continuous learning through mentorship and coaching.

 • Support organizational transformation through skill-building initiatives.

Qualification & Skills:

 • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.

 • 6–10 years of relevant experience in L&D, Talent Management, or OD (preferably FMCG).

 • Strong understanding of digital learning tools and data analytics.

 • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

 • Ability to foster innovation and a continuous learning mindset.
