Lab Director

🔬 Hiring: LAB DIRECTOR — Lahore

Mughal Diagnostics & Research Labs, a leading name in advanced diagnostic services, is seeking a highly accomplished Lab Director to lead and elevate its pathology and laboratory operations in Lahore. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced pathology professional with a strong command over quality, accreditation, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end laboratory operations across all major diagnostic sections

 • Ensure full compliance with PHC, ISO, CAP, and other regulatory/accreditation bodies

 • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve QA/QC frameworks

 • Lead accreditation initiatives, internal audits, and external assessments

 • Mentor, develop, and manage pathology, scientific, and technical teams

 • Monitor and manage KPIs including TAT, QC trends, error ratios, and performance metrics

 • Provide high-quality consultative support to clinicians

 • Ensure strict adherence to biosafety, biosecurity, and laboratory waste management protocols

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBBS with FCPS / PhD / MPhil (Pathology)

 • 7–10 years of experience in a reputable diagnostic laboratory, with proven leadership exposure

 • Strong expertise in laboratory accreditation, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance

 • Excellent leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills
