Position: Junior Project Manager (IT / Software)

We at Verdant Soft are looking for a Junior Project Manager who can take full responsibility for end to end project delivery, from planning to execution. If you have start up experience, understands Agile and Scrum, and can coordinate teams to deliver high quality results on time, count yourself in for this role and step forward to lead with impact.

➡️Key Responsibilities

☑️Own project planning, execution, and delivery timelines.

☑️Lead daily stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

☑️Manage tasks and progress using Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.

☑️Communicate effectively with developers, designers, and clients.

☑️Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure timely completion.

☑️Maintain clear documentation and progress reports.

☑️Implement Agile/Scrum principles across all projects.

➡️Requirements

☑️Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business.

☑️6 months – 1 year of proven experience in project management (preferably in a startup).

☑️Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development processes.

☑️Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

☑️Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp).

➡️Preferred

☑️Experience managing small tech teams or client projects.
