🔑 Key Responsibilities

👨‍💻 Network Collaboration and Operations

🤝 Partner with the bank’s Network team to align ISP services with organizational objectives.

🌐 Act as the primary liaison for ISP-related matters, building strong relationships with stakeholders.

⚙️ Oversee the deployment and configuration of Wide Area Network (WAN) links, ensuring timely execution and accuracy.

📊 Performance Monitoring and Issue Resolution

📈 Monitor and validate link performance, optimizing configurations to meet business and operational needs.

🔧 Diagnose and resolve network issues, including WAN-related challenges, to ensure minimal downtime.

🛠️ Escalate critical issues to ISPs and other providers, ensuring prompt resolution with clear communication.

✅ SLA Compliance and Reporting

🕒 Track and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining top-tier uptime and performance standards.

📋 Maintain detailed logs of incidents and resolutions to demonstrate SLA compliance.

📑 Provide stakeholders with periodic performance reports, presenting key metrics and actionable insights.

📝 Documentation and Continuous Improvement

📜 Document and maintain comprehensive records of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.

💡 Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance network operations.

🎯 Skills and Qualifications

🎓 Educational Background:

📖 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.

📚 Experience:

🕒 1-2 years of experience in network implementation or similar roles, preferably within an ISP environment.

🛠️ Technical Proficiency:

🖥️ Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting routers and switches.

🌐 Strong knowledge of WAN technologies and protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.

🔒 Experience with network monitoring tools and security protocols.

💡 Core Competencies:

🧩 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

⏱️ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
