We are seeking an experienced ISO Manager to strengthen our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with international ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent management during ISO 9001 certification and customer audits.
Develop and implement SOPs, work instructions, process flowcharts, and policies.
Prepare audit schedules, conduct internal audits, and generate audit/non-conformity reports.
Create and execute QA plans, processes, and procedures to ensure product quality.
Conduct process and machinery quality risk assessments using FMEA and recommend risk controls.
Review and analyze quality data using Pareto and other tools; prepare CAPA for major non-conformances.
Investigate non-conformances/customer complaints using tools like Fishbone, 5 Whys, and FMEA, ensuring corrective & preventive actions are implemented.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Deliver quality training sessions to supervisors and QC teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Total Quality Management / Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor Certification required; knowledge of ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 27001 is a plus.
Strong expertise in quality tools such as Six Sigma, FMEA, RCA, Lean.
4–5 years of ISO/QMS experience in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent documentation, auditing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/QMS software.
