📍 Location: Lahore

Position: Incharge Production (Mechanical)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 10–12 years of proven experience in mechanical fabrication and production management, preferably in manufacturing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or related industrial equipment

• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, quality standards, and safety protocols

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall production activities to ensure timely and quality execution of manufacturing projects

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production operations for mechanical fabrication

• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and procurement teams to achieve production targets

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements

• Optimize resource utilization to enhance efficiency and productivity
