Deploy Private Limited is one of the leading mobile phone manufacturers in Pakistan, committed to delivering quality products and services. We are looking for an experienced Import Head to lead and manage our import operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire import process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
Report directly to the senior management on import operations, supplier negotiations, and cost structures.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with international suppliers, especially in China.
Ensure compliance with all government regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
Manage and analyze import cost structures, including price waterfall for imports, to optimize landed costs and profitability.
Negotiate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management for improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Requirements:

Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in import management, preferably in the mobile phone or electronics industry.
Strong experience in dealing with Chinese suppliers and markets.
Excellent understanding of import costing, price waterfall analysis, and landed cost calculations.
Experience in reporting directly to company management/board level.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
