Job Title: HR & Operations Executive (Night Shift)
Location: Gulberg Green, Islamabad

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite), 3-month initial contract then full-time
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift – USA Business Hours)
Experience Required: 3-5 years
Role Overview:
We're seeking a versatile HR & Operations Executive with strong experience in Human Resources, Accounting, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, assisting with recruitment for US-based roles, supporting accounting functions, and handling procurement-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources:
- Manage employee lifecycle, including onboarding, attendance, and record keeping
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage performance evaluations and employee engagement initiatives
- Recruitment (USA Focus):
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for US-based clients and internal roles
- Coordinate with US HR and account managers to fulfill staffing needs
- Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and interview scheduling
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for IT and non-IT roles
- Accounting & Finance Support:
- Assist in maintaining company accounts, invoices, and expense reports
- Coordinate with finance teams for payroll and vendor payments
- Prepare basic financial reports and support monthly reconciliations
- Procurement:
- Handle local procurement and vendor management
- Obtain quotations, prepare purchase orders, and track deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement and inventory activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (Master's preferred)
- 3-5 years of combined experience in HR, recruitment, accounting, and procurement
- Experience working with US-based clients or in a night-shift role is preferred
- Strong understanding of HR processes and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
