Position: HR Officer - Talent Acquisition
Department: Human Resource

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Human Resource or related field
Knowledge about HR best practices, Labor laws, and HRIS (preferred)
- Experience: Fresh Graduates up to 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment through job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding, and maintaining candidate databases
- Maintain employee records, prepare HR letters, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage KTML internship program, assist in job fairs/open houses, and support employer branding initiatives
- Handle HRIS entries, manage reimbursements, and coordinate office HR-related tasks
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle tasks with confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
- Effective time management, multitasking, and conflict resolution abilities
- A team player with a proactive approach
