BellMedEx is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Officer to join our growing team in Rawalpindi. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in human resources with a company that values innovation, learning, and collaboration.
As an HR Officer, you’ll support daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain HR databases and personnel records.
Coordinate HR initiatives like trainings, engagement activities, and evaluations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
